Pelham MOM's Club Presentation ~ September 5th, 2007

Pelham CAP presented the Pelham Community Awareness & Preparedness Program to 5 members of the Pelham MOM's Club.
Here is some feedback CAP received:
I thought the meeting was worth while. It gave me a lot of ideas on how to start getting food together without doing it all at once. The kids pack was a very good idea, one that I think most people don't think about. (Denise)
The information packet we received was full of additional information. I have seriously been thinking since the meeting about an additional food pantry and how to go about starting one. (Shelly)
I especially liked the ideas on how to grocery stock up your personal pantries and how important it is in case of something as small as a snowstorm. The info on car safety may come in good use someday also. The talk about a pandemic is scary but of course we need to know the reality. So overall I thought it was worth the time. (Sharleen)
